Our approach to returns and refunds

Return window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return on an eligible purchase. Your return request must be initiated with us within this window; watches returned or shipped back without a prior request, or after the 30-day window has closed, may not be accepted.

Eligibility for return

• The watch must be in the same condition as when it was delivered, with no additional wear, damage, or alterations
• All original packaging, box, papers, and accessories included with your order must be returned
• The watch must not show signs of resizing, engraving, or servicing performed after delivery

Non-returnable items

• Gift cards
• Custom or pre-ordered watches sourced specifically at your request, unless the item fails authentication (see our Product Authenticity Policy)
• Watches returned outside the 30-day return window

How to request a return

• Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return
• We’ll confirm eligibility and provide instructions for insured return shipping
• Pack the watch securely with all original packaging, box, and papers included
• Ship the watch back to us using the prepaid, insured label we provide

Refund processing time

Once your returned watch arrives, our team inspects it to confirm it matches the condition it was shipped in. Refunds are processed within 10 business days of us receiving and approving your return. Refunds are issued to your original payment method; if you paid by bank transfer, the refund is returned to the same account. Please note your bank or card issuer may take additional time to reflect the refund once it’s issued.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping is provided free of charge for eligible returns initiated within the 30-day window. If a watch is returned outside this window or fails to meet the eligibility criteria above, we reserve the right to decline the return or deduct return shipping costs from any refund issued at our discretion.
