Our commitment to an accessible marketplace

Our standard

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities, and more usable for everyone, and are recognized as the international benchmark for web accessibility.

Measures we've taken

We've built accessibility into how our site is designed and maintained, including:

• Sufficient color contrast between text and background throughout the site
• Visible keyboard focus states on links and interactive elements
• Semantic headings and page structure to support screen readers and other assistive technology
• Text that resizes without loss of content or function
• Descriptive link text and alternative text for meaningful images, including watch photography
• Respect for reduced-motion preferences set at the browser or system level

Accessibility is an ongoing effort rather than a one-time project. We periodically review our site and make improvements as we identify them, whether through internal review, automated testing, or feedback from visitors like you.

Known limitations

Despite our best efforts, some parts of our marketplace may not yet be fully accessible — this can include certain third-party product images, embedded payment or shipping tools from external providers, or older pages that haven't yet been reviewed under our current standards. We're aware that gaps like these exist and are working through them.
