Terms that apply to our promotions and offers

Eligibility

Promotions are available to customers shopping on timepieceluxuryinc.com unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to limit a promotion to new customers, specific regions, or specific products at our discretion, as disclosed in that promotion’s own terms.

How discount codes work

• Enter the promotional code at checkout for it to apply to your order
• Codes must be entered at the time of purchase — we cannot apply a code retroactively to a completed order
• Unless stated otherwise, one promotional code may be used per order and cannot be combined with other active promotions
• Promotional discounts apply to the purchase price of a watch and do not apply to taxes, shipping, or insurance fees where charged separately

Duration and expiration

Each promotion is valid only for the period stated in its own offer details. Promotions may end earlier than originally advertised, including in the case of limited-quantity or limited-time offers that reach capacity, and unused or expired codes cannot be reinstated or extended.

Exclusions

Certain items may be excluded from a given promotion, including pre-order items, gift cards, and watches already marked at a reduced or clearance price. Any exclusions specific to a promotion will be disclosed in that offer’s terms.

Returns, cancellations, and promotional discounts

If an order that used a promotional code is returned or cancelled, the promotional discount applied to that order is not separately refunded or reissued as a new code, and any refund reflects the amount actually paid.

Our right to modify or end a promotion

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or end any promotion at any time without prior notice, including in cases of suspected error, abuse, or fraud. If a promotion is ended or modified, orders already completed under the original terms will not be affected.

Fraud and misuse

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, or to void a promotional discount, if we reasonably believe a promotion is being used fraudulently, in violation of these terms, or in a manner inconsistent with normal retail purchasing.
