How pre-ordering a watch works

What a pre-order means

A pre-order reserves a specific watch — either one being sourced on your behalf or one expected to arrive in our inventory — before it's physically in hand and ready to ship. Placing a pre-order guarantees your place in line for that piece once it clears our authentication process.

Deposits and payment

Pre-orders typically require a non-refundable deposit at the time of order, with the remaining balance charged once the watch has arrived and passed final authentication. The deposit amount and total price are disclosed clearly before you confirm a pre-order.

Estimated timelines

Timelines for pre-orders vary depending on the specific reference and its availability, and are provided as estimates at the time of order — not guarantees. Delays can occur due to sourcing conditions outside our control, including manufacturer availability and prior ownership timelines. We'll keep you updated if an estimated timeline changes materially.

Cancelling a pre-order

• Deposits are non-refundable once a pre-order has been placed, as they reserve sourcing effort and inventory allocation on our end
• If we're unable to fulfill a pre-order within a reasonable time of the estimated timeline, you may cancel and receive a full refund of your deposit
• If the watch fails our authentication process once sourced, you'll be offered a full refund or the option to wait for an alternative unit

Pricing changes

The price confirmed at the time you place your pre-order is the price you pay, even if market prices for that reference shift before the watch arrives. This applies as long as the order remains active and is not cancelled or altered by you.
