Terms that apply to Timepiece Luxury Inc. gift cards

Purchasing a gift card

Gift cards can be purchased directly through our site in fixed or custom denominations. Once purchased, a gift card is issued electronically to the email address provided at checkout, along with a unique redemption code.

Redeeming a gift card

Gift cards may be redeemed toward the purchase of any watch available on our marketplace, subject to the following:

• Enter the gift card code at checkout to apply its balance to your order
• If the order total exceeds the gift card balance, the remaining amount must be paid by another accepted payment method
• If the order total is less than the gift card balance, the remaining balance stays on the card for future use
• Gift cards cannot be applied toward taxes, shipping, or insurance fees where charged separately

Validity and expiration

Gift cards issued by Timepiece Luxury Inc. do not expire and carry no dormancy or maintenance fees, unless otherwise required or permitted by applicable law in your jurisdiction.

Non-refundable and non-transferable for cash

Gift cards are not redeemable for cash, except where required by law. Once issued, gift card purchases are final and cannot be refunded, though the balance remains available to redeem toward a future purchase.

Lost, stolen, or misused cards

Treat your gift card code like cash. Timepiece Luxury Inc. is not responsible for gift cards that are lost, stolen, or redeemed without your authorization once the code has been shared or compromised. If you believe your gift card code has been compromised before it's been used, contact us immediately and we'll do what we can to assist.

Fraud and misuse

We reserve the right to refuse redemption of a gift card, or to deactivate one, if we reasonably believe it was obtained fraudulently, purchased with a fraudulent payment method, or is being used in violation of these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Gift Card Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes will apply to gift cards purchased after the updated terms are posted, and the current version will always be available on this page.
